Privacy policy
This policy covers the L’aura website, the L’aura app and the L’aura Staff app. As L’aura, we process personal data in line with Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
- Name and mobile number: to prepare and hand over your pickup order.
- Your personal Apple or Google account ID and, if you share it, your email address: only so you can sign in without a password. We never see your Apple or Google password.
- Order history: to show you your orders and keep sales records.
- If you allow notifications, your device’s notification token: only to tell you when your order is ready.
- Franchise form on the website: the name, phone, email and city you enter, only to answer your application.
- L’aura Staff app: the staff member’s name, role and work records (orders, payments), only to run the restaurant.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- Payment is made at the restaurant; the apps do not collect card details.
Your rights
- You can delete your account and personal data at any time with “Delete my account” on the Account screen of the L’aura app.
- Sales records are kept anonymised for the legal retention period.
